About this test

Laboratory Love commissioned testing of 3 samples of Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Medium Green Chilies, sourced separately from retail, for 18 phthalates plus BPA, BPS, and BPF. Light Labs performed the analysis. The stored result does not include a test date and an analytical method. DEHT was the highest measurement at 35.6–80.6 ng/g in all 3 samples, followed by DEHP at 6.81–8.21 ng/g. BBP, Bis (2-ethoxyethyl) phthalate, Bis (2-methoxyethyl) phthalate, Bis (2-n-butoxyethyl) phthalate, Bis (4-methyl-2-pentyl) phthalate, BPA, and 16 others were not detected.

Measurements are reported by sample in ng/g, including non-detect and quantitation-limit status where available.

Laboratory Love commissioned this testing and publishes the underlying sample-level results. Results describe the tested samples and lots at a point in time; they do not establish that every unit of a product is universally safe or contaminated.
